Started At A Market Stall, Built For An Industry
Culinova began when our founder, a microbiologist, watched a favourite market producer throw away a whole week's stock over a date she couldn't defend — safe food, wasted for lack of data. The lab opened to give small producers the same testing firepower the giants have: accredited methods, honest timelines and reports written in plain language.
Today we serve neighbourhood fermenters and national retailers alike, run open research programs, and still answer the phone like every sample matters. Because it does.
